At least in Boston, AMC isn't selling advance online tickets for Minority Report; AMC tells me this is because Fox wants the online ticket surcharge.Is this happening in other markets?

If that's the case in Boston that's the case chainwide.AMC is not selling advance tickets to Minority Report online or by phone for exactly that reason. The same thing happened with Unfaithful.
Of course Mr. Lucas made sure that people could get their tickets to Episode 2 online.
