Is it to much to ask for other booth personel to take care of thier machines as well as the booth itself? I went to one of our location's last week and did a thorough cleaning of all projectors,lamphouses, portholes, etc. I returned this week and they are filthy again. I'm sure that everyone in these forums have checklist's in place on certain duties that should be done on a daily basis. Are they done as you would like?

It is expected that proffesionals will perform the dutys asked of them and that includes keeping the workspace and equipment clean. But if they are just minimum wage partimers then more supervision will be required as it is just a partime job for them

I sujest issueing a memo outlineing who's the responsibilities of keeping equipment and workplace clean are and the consequences of it not being followed and then followup with it

All equipment was cleaned every day, portholes were done once a week inside and out, and the box floor was machine cleaned every two months. It was considered part and parcel.
