Tom Moyer used a couple of seat models in a lot of his '80s vintage builds... specifically the theatres with the "Reece's Pieces" paint motifs. The auditoriums used a high-backed, fully upholstered chair in the back half, and a low-backed seat with a plastic back in the front half.

Over the years, patrons have used their feet to push the backs of the seats forward in the row where the seat types transition. The bent seat backs are in the first back row of low-backed chairs.

What's bent are the brackets that are screwed onto the sides of the chair back.

Does anyone know if/how these brackets can be straightened out... or if anyone is currently making replacements?

Here's a picture of the seat, taken before we reopened the property. The arrow points to the bracket I'm referring to.

I use to fix those same seats by patching/replacing the bracket with some aluminum and rivets. Painted it doesn't look bad at all.
