Here in OZ most blockbusters are 90% to the distributor after- house expences (a lot). with Minimum of 55% reducing after two or three weeks. AUS$220 (US$132) minimum -in the first week, and then sometimes % only.

Most commercial films are 70/30 vs. 90%. 90% is after theatre expenses as the film company figures them. It only kicks in if the film is very popular. The percentage drops each week, 60/40, 50/50, 40/60 and finally 35/65. It almost never drops below that level.
Art films start at a lower percentage usually. Like 60/40 the first week. We get some films at a straight 35%. Our average for the year is 42%.
Then there are two kinds of companies, Firm Terms and Reviewable. Firm Term companies never renegotiate even if the film sucks. The good news there is that if the film does well, they have to stick with what they said up front. Reviewable companies renegotiate contracts after the film has started. The good news there is that if the film sucks you can ask to pay less percentage. The bad news is that if the film takes off, they usually ask for more.
Firm Term Companies include: Sony, Sony Classics, Fox, Fox Searchlight, New Line, Fine Line and Warner Bros.
Reviewable companies include: Lion’s Gate, Paramount, all of Buena Vista, Disney, Touchstone, and Miramax

For my (very small) place:
Premiere engagement or start within 14 days from premiere:
first 3 weeks 50 %, then 35 % of ticket price after VAT. 3 weeks old start at 45 %. 3 months or more 35 % from first playday. Nothing under 35. VAT 25 % - also on rental bill.
Bigger houses higher percentage, but house costs deducted in some grade.
