I found one of these in the basement of the theatre, and want to use it again. It needs a knob, the ball valve, and a new heating element. The old element tests open. It resembles a band of mica with a heating element wound around it. How much do these parts cost, and where can I get them?

Josh--
Somewhere on the unit is a metal plate with all the information
on it. re: voltage, amperage, wattage and serial #. Also who
made it. These things cost a fortune, so parts can cost quite
a bit. Most any concession supply house can order parts for
you.

I believe they are dealers for this line.

Their parts and service department migrated up to Grand Forks for some reason. $45.60 for the element. That seems a bit on the outrageous side.

Go to their website. www.serverproducts.com
They probably won't sell directly to you. But, they can put you in touch with a local dealer/supplier. Server Inc. is about 15 miles from my house.

Josh,
Try Clark Products. Mark Wiosky (800) 947-1576. Great company to deal with.
Thanks,
Andy
