Can anyone in management help me understand how to deal with group sales requests? I'm not sure how to charge, how to report the sales, etc...

We charge group sales as matinee pricing I believe and print out all the tickets after the show is started. I'm sure there are many other ways to do it though.

If you have a Corp office you tend to use them, but we do schools at Mat. price with building use charges or X amount of promised concession income for dark time bookings
