What theater expenses are included in figuring out the the nut or house allowance?

All fixed operating costs, less what is costs to run to concessions and other things not related to the running of the film (i.e. if you live above your theatre you can't put your heating costs into the house allowance.) But overall, it is what the studios will let you have, you wont always get to have your full costs of operation and the number will usually be different with every studio.
