Print Show Dodgers?

Sure. We do it ourselves in-house.

What's a dogger? The wikipedia entry gives no indication it relates to printing of any sort.

Calendars? Ours used to be done by Victor Cornelius out of Eastland, TX. I think they are out of business now -- but agreed, this would be easy to do in-house.

Is this what you're referring to?

That's one of the reports that are available to our Featured Theaters. It's based on the movies currently playing in their theater, but we could create a version that did upcoming movies as well.

I am refering to a calendar that has all of the movies for the coming month on it. I found a website on either this forum or the other one that showed them, and had a price of around $45 per $1000. This was a site that did all types of promotional materials for theatres, but I didn't mark it as a favorite and don't seem to be able to find the thread where it was mentioned. The the gentlemen who had the sample up there that is very similar to what I am looking for.

Because we are a small market theatre, I can't really advertise anything except the tent poles more than a week or two out. It's one thing to put it on our web site where it can be dropped as soon as information changes, but I think it would need to be officially booked before putting it in print. There are many weeks where I don't know what I'm opening on Friday until Monday morning.

Besides, with release date changes, the printed schedules are usually obsolete by the time they are published. I stopped looking at the Box Office magazine release calendar years ago for this specific reason.

Thanks for your help, I found the website I had lost it was "Moviead.com" that prints the old show doggers, we are a single screen theatre so our booker is most of the time right on in telling us what we will be getting each weekend about a month out. They are called Cinema Heralds on their site.
