Not sure if this is old news but just heard that New Avengers: Captain American have now switched from Paramount to Disney. Can anyone tell me why?

Disney bought Marvel earlier this year. In order to bring everything under the Mouse umbrella, they bought the distribution rights for Iron Man 3 and Avengers off of Paramount.

AFAIK Thor and Captain America are still being released by Paramount.
