Could someone direct me to where I can get the pay rates for all theater staff for Califirnia,

Department of Industrial Relations might have some info.

Depends a lot on the chain. My experience:

Floor staff expect $8-$10 per hour depending on location. SF and LA easily $10-$11 I think.

Small chains management can be anywhere from $10-$11/hr on up to $15 or so.

GM's make between $30k-$70k in my experience depending on market.
Commission is also different at different companies.
