Received an email from my booker about 45 minutes ago that This Means War has been pushed back to it's original release date of 2/17.

As of 12:15pm on February 7, Fox has not updated the movie's web site or it's exhibitor relations site. However, ComingSoon.net does reflect this change.

Some theaters will be running a sneak preview of This Means War on Valentine's Day.

Fox moved their film to avoid a head-on confrontation with Screen Gems's "The Vow". So thats why the date was pushed back 3 days.

We are playing a sneak preview on Tues. 2/14. So either way it still will be competing with The Vow.

It's silently competing on Tuesday. THIS MEANS WAR sales will likely go towards RED TAILS's total.

It is to be reported on its own, not with another movie. This per Fox studio rep.
