Admittedly the Daily Wail has somewhat of a reputation for sensationalism, but I never saw that one coming! I guess that means a big fat lawsuit could be in prospect if someone ever has a heart attack during a horror pic...

"Probably cheaper to settle." That is why this kind of thing is worth it to do. (I didn't mention the moral aspect.)
