Its been an interesting day here today. I have finally met people I have known for many years today all due to Brads picture posting, and my being able to recognize them. Pretty cool! I also had many, many people recognize me as "the guy looking down in the picture on Film-Tech" Many of them I don't even know, most of them I still do not know. I think I am going to have Brad post a new picture of me looking up to see what happens next year.
Thanks to Brad for all the work and picture postings.

Mark: Sounds like quite a few people who are reading Film-Tech are at ShoWest. How many are "lurkers" and how many do you know as participants?

Hope anyone attending ShoWest is "spreading the word" about Film-Tech to other exhibitors and people on the trade show floor.

Wish I were there! Hopefully, guys like you and Ian with notebook computers in Vegas will keep us all up to date on the latest happenings at the show.

Anyone know when Showest 2002 will be? Who is welcome to attend, anyone or by invitation?

What does it cost for admission and where in Las Vegas.

(Getting off topic: I've been to Las Vegas when I was little and I've heard it changes all the time... so I porbably won't know what you're talking about... what place.. that is.)

ShoWest is usually the first or second week of March, in Las Vegas NV. Here is the website for ShoWest 2001, so you can see the program and cost this past year:
