Here is something interesting. Download this file (it's safe) and execute it. Now stare directly into the center of the computer screen hard (sit somewhat close). By staring "hard", I mean open your eyelids just a little more than you normally would to achieve the best effect. Stare at the center of the screen and do not let your eyes wander for a full 60 seconds. Then look at your hand (resting to your side on the mouse). Watch carefully.

This reminds me of the spinning wheel in the old B movies we would watch late Saturday nights on "Chiller Theatre" here in Pittsburgh! or all the strange "things" I did in the early 70's !

Good thing I looked at this in the morning and not after the last show tonight, who knows what I might see besides my habd crawling!!

I saw this years ago. But everyone else should try it as I can attest that it is an excellent example of persistence of vision.
