I didn't program it. I wish I had! I just found it. My favorites are the Media Player and the Paint program! I also love the "artwork" on the solitaire cards.

I like the part where Explorer crashes when it isn't even running. That happens to me all the time.I saw that a couple days ago and I was going to send it to you, Joe, but I thought, "Nah! Joe would have already seen it"... WHICH turned out to be the case!

I don't get it. It just looks like and acts like the Windows I have installed. The only difference is that RG had less crashes than mine. They must have bloated the code into the terrabytes and really upped the system requirements to get that that kind of smooth performance.

I really like the Media Player, though - it reminds me of a Norman McLaren animation (the ones where he painted directly onto 35mm film, creating weird visual effects as the projector's intermittent mechanism broke up the continuous lines). Far too highly cultured for a genuine Microsoft product, anyway!

Funny!Leo, speaking of Norman McLaren, have you seen '32 short films about Glenn Gould'? There's an animation segment by McLaren in that...the DVD of this excellent movie just came out recently, too.

I missed that one - I think Artificial Eye (the limey's answer to Kit Parker) imported about two prints, neither of which got anywhere near where I was at the time. I'll certainly look out for the video, though...

I will second the recommendation for the Glenn Gould film. It is a personal favorite of mine and it received only limited distribution in the USA. It is beautifully acted and directed and is a must-see.

OK, Joe - why don't you give an actual web address where this thing would come up. It is so funny that it'll make someone's day just by seeing it. I have an email list a mile long I would like to send that link to.That really got a laugh out of me. The more I screwed with it, the better it became!

I'll bet Bill Gates would even get a chuckle out of that one, and Steve Jobs from MackinCrack would laugh his butt off.
Josh, that night you and I were shooting the bull over the telephone when that damned KMD.EXE formatted your drive, I think this post of Joe's would have had made both of our days alot more brighter.
