If they want some real guidance they should go visit the Elementary School that was just down the street from the WTC. The kids there are brighter than any of the MP execs by far.

Whoof! What a dose of rhetoric! Each of us has our own filter on reality, and I'll freely admit that those of the author of this article ran up against some of mine. The writer was pretty obviously inebriated with his own verbosity and riding an emotional wave. Such writing titilates those whose hearts go pitty-pat at the mention of the words conspiracy or illuminati, but finding the meat amongst the fat is just too much work for me.I'd be willing to bet that in a few years we may find that parts of Hollywood "helped" in hidden ways best not discussed now.

I recall that one of the studios (MGM?) helped the war effort in WW-II by creating scale models of terrain in Japan to make Point-of-View training films for US pilots and navigators.Propaganda or not, the "Why We Fight" series and similar films were well crafted films by some of the best filmmakers in Hollywood.

A few days back I happened to record a TCM segment that included John Huston's Battle of San Pietro. For some reason, I'd never been exposed to the film before and expected nothing more than a cheesy war propaganda film. After seeing it, I have to agree it should be seen by anyone entering the armed services, and IMO should be shown every Memorial Day as a tribute to all the grunts that saved our butt in WW II. If you can find it at a video store, rent it.

worked closely with Hollywood (scroll down to second item).
