MovieFly is under investigation by the Department of Justice in antitrust probe, The DOJ is investigating and subpoenaing a mega-venture by five major Hollywood studios to distribute films digitally directly to consumers. The five under investigation are Sony Corp, Warner Bros, Pictures, Paramount Pictures, Universal Studios and Metro-Goldwyn- Mayer. From and Article in today's New York Post.
