I enjoy webcams, but most of them are ho-hum. I just ran across this one though with a java applet that lets you click on an area and zoom in with a LOT of detail. NYC WebcamI just kept zooming in on areas going "This is COOL!" I think I was able to see more using the webcam than when I was on the observation deck in person.
Add it to the streaming Times Square Webcam here and traffic cams here and Statue of Liberty here and ground zero here for a quick tour of the city.
