The link to enter the Forums appears underneath the "I do not agree..." link that takes you back to the home page. Now, am I going crazy here, or did those links used to be reversed??? Any special reason for switching them?

Probably that evil popcorn shoveling Joe did it just to make us feel silly

That caught me too. I guess I'll have to retrain my mind to move the mouse a little farther down next time. Also, love the Film Tech Digital logo.

Maybe they were reversed because now that the forums are Digital, everything is bass-ackwards?

Just making a point that no one ever reads anymore. They just race as fast as they can to sign on the dotted line or click an "agree" link.

You're mean.

We read it!We agree.
We won't sue your ass just because we don't like what you say.
But I might sue you for calling me "really, really, really large". I’m only really, really large.

Aha, I just KNEW Ian would get angry. You know Ian, that's the whole reason why anything is ever changed on these forums...'cause we like to hear from you.
Actually what's really funny is the amount of people (mostly lurkers) who email me saying "I am clicking the agree link to get into the forums and I keep getting sent back to the main page." Whew! Talk about people who just can't read.

Try it now, You'll end up at some Mirah Carey thing. This out to drive her nuts again when she finds out that some digital site is horsing around with her wares.

Seems several weeks ago I noticed the right-click menu pulldown is now working, instead of giving the message "Ian doesn't permit that."
Also, the back button now works to go from an open window on "Who"
back to the posts page. (I used to have to "X" delete the window to go back.)
I appreciate both (minor) improvements.

Glitter is internet hell? I thought we were all pretty much agreed that REAL internet hell is found here... http://www.melaniegriffith.com

Spotted the reversal right off the bat.
Heh Heh Heh
I figured the server was suffering from what used to be called "Video Reversal"

I have clicked through that page so many times that I still can't seem to get it through my head. I've found Mariah three times in a row; truly cruel and unusual punishment.

I wonder if anyone at Fox is saying to themselves "why is that piece of crap movie suddenly getting so many hits on the website???"It has probably received more hits today than in all of it's previous day's combined.
By the way, speaking of "internet hell", has anyone noticed that if you go to www.google.com and type in "internet hell" that the first choice is www.aol.com ?

um ... reading truly isn't a hard thing to do ... cripes, I've been reading since I was 4!

Now, paying attention is what causes some (read: almost all) people some trouble!

<- in fact noticed the reversal, from reading & paying attention

Randy-Hell yeah!!!!!!! I agree completely, especially with your second point there.
(Randy said: "Yes, Bob, I can read you. Can you read this?")
And Bob, don't start your sentences with the word "shit" please. Otherwise Brad will destroy you! What? It's not "shit"? OK, Brad won't destroy you, but I still think that you are evil.
Posted by Gordon McLeod (Member # 33) on 08-05-2002, 09:51 PM:
Actually the problem may have been that the I agree was too much like the line "I do"

You got me once, Joe, but not twice.
Y'know the old saying, "Screw me once. Shame on you. Screw me twice. Shame on ME."

Guys:There is entirely too much free time going on here. It is obvious: Film-Tech has gone digital, so all of us that are used to normal--superior--analog-- are being messed with...
Next we will be told that in order to access the site, we will have to do the major reverse scan LED server mod upgrade that will only be available wherever FilmGuard is sold!!!
I cant upgrade my computer anymore anyway! No more spaces for extra tubes!!

HA! I agreed to both sencences this time. And it worked.
