I have read the end credits which does list the songs, but none of the song titles seem to match the tune that plays during the outtake/picture credits at the end.
Does anyone know the name of the song?
Thanks!
please stop paying attention to what's on the screen and the sound. Didn't Brett teach you anything????

I was listening to the chorus, during which he doesn't actually sing the title of the song. This is the only part of the song they play which is not mixed 'underneath' the outtake dialogue. Normally song titles are part of the chorus, but not in this case...I was looking out for a song called, 'Gone Out The Window'.
I firmly believe that whenever movies play a tune in the background, the song credits - a la MTV - should appear on the lower left of the screen for easy identification. On the other hand, perhaps it's not the best idea, since movies would then start to resemble MTV.
John - Back then, the idea was not only to ignore the screen, but also to not pay so much attention to the projector and film path either, as this wastes valuable time. Most importantly, it is far better to build an entire print in 14 minutes than to take care with what you're doing. That way, you can get much more done in an 8 hour shift. Faults can always be corrected later once the audience sees and hears them and complains. Why check your own work when there's a perfectly good audience to do it for you? If the problem is serious enough, the audience get free passes for next time anyway, which is an excellent way to get customers back in the door!
