I have an absolutely breathtaking picture which I would like to post here - but it is integrated in a Word file and I do not know how to isolate it as .bmp or .jpg so that I can post it here. So, how is it done?

Open the document in Word, select the picture, Edit|copy, open whatever imaging software you have, create a new blank image, and then edit|paste to insert the image, then save as a jpeg file. Microsoft paint will allow you to paste an image, and save as a jpeg, but I'm not sure if it can re-size an image; you may need something more sophisticated if you need to do that.

An easier way to do it is just to open the Word document. Then press the PRINT SCREEN button. Now open Paint and click CTRL/V. Save as jpg.Make sure it's not more than 550 pixels wide.

Too good to be true...But thanks, Michael for the link. There are links to other great (supposedly authentic) pictures and videos of white sharks on that page.
