Anyone who has ever seen the simpsons tv show has heard the simpsons neighbor Ned Flanders utter the phrase "Okely Dokely!" several times.

Today while watching a very old MGM cartoon with Barney the Bear, he repeated that very SAME phrase over and over again!

And here I thought old paint can neddy was an original!!
