Well, If this doesn't beat out just about everything I've seen for sale there. Gee, all the neato possibilities here, but it will probably just be bought up, bulldozed, and re-deveolped by some moron home builder.

WOW! What a deal. [Roll Eyes]

Gee, if people are bidding on that, maybe I can make some extra cash by auctioning off a virtual [fu] (somebody probably has beat me to it already)

The town sold for 1.78 million....I wonder what E-Bay's commission on that is going to be???
Gord you could erect as many theatres as you would like to if you'd have bought it yourself. Gee, you could be the Mayor too.

A 30-day listing cost them an insertion fee of $150.00. There is a final value fee of $3.00 if this was a binding auction.

A couple of years ago the town of Otis, Oregon (just north of Lincoln City on the coast) was for sale. Asking price was a million and some change I think. It had a gas station, cafe, store and acreage (how many I'm not sure). It must have sold because when I went through there earlier this year the "For sale, entire town of Otis" signs were gone. I passed because the nearest theatre was a Regal multiplex on the south side of Lincoln City.
