Keep your email address updated please. People forget their passwords all the time (even though you can change it if you like) and people change their email address all the time and then other members cannot get ahold of them.

Please remember that if one day out of the blue you are denied being able to post, it is quite possibly because your email is not updated and temporarily blocking your posting ability is our only way of contacting you (rather than to make a big deal of it here on the forums).

Also, please make sure it is an email address that you do check with some degree of frequency (at least twice a week).
