Well I must bid you all a fond farewell.
Over the last 2 years I have seen a wonderful world full of wit and wisdom.
I even learned a thing or three.
Thanks to you all
My contract has ended and so has my unlimited net access, til I sort myself out something at home.
Off to go and work as a freelance Theatre (stage)Tech.
Hopefully I can convince the odd person, festival organiser, etc. to give me a drive of a booth occasionally.
Even better get to do some work producing some product to keep you all in business (film crew that is).
Long live Film Done Right [thumbsup]
May all your presentations be spotless and free from digitalisation

will lurk when I can [Cool] [beer] [beer] [beer]

On the two occasions that I found myself without a computer, I became quite the fixture at my local Internet cafe/restaurant. Lunch included unlimited Internet time till 2:00 PM.

The first time was when another manager reclaimed our computer that we had rebuilt to work on at our desk at the Greenwood. She wanted to use it for a time clock! We had to pull the modem, sound card, scrub the c: drive (to hide our activities) and reinstall the OS before we would give it to her.

The second time was when I was delightfully unemployed for two months prior to opening this theatre.
