Vidsonix
anyone have any experience with this brand? For what they are charging for their products they should be el-cheapo, but you never know.

Well, with a name like "Vidsonix", you probably have your answer.

Wooo!
"Sonic Ricochet" and "Synergic Symmetry"!
These speakers might actually sound good but their marketing hype sounds like
The cinema style surrounds look to have a big problem - two tweeters arrayed horizontally is a classic bad idea. Calling it "Synergic Symmetry" must eliminate the spiky polar response expected.
I can't even guess what "sonic ricochet" is supposed to be, The page "explaining" it http://www.vidsonix.com/vidsonix/vidsonix_rico.htm is quite devoid of useful information. Wicked animation though... what acoustic treatment do they suggest, polished granite?
I take the style of the website as an indication of less than stellar speaker performance.

I wholeheartedly agree with both of you, but one never knows, maybe they just have really, REALLY lousy marketing and website departments.
Hmmm, granite walls, floors and ceilings for my home theater...
And "optimum angle baffle" ? They're just speakers turned a bit
