We took a hit on this one in the northeast. Closed Sunday evening and all of today (Monday), taking a big hit on what has become a busy weekend for us. Central NJ has been hit with 21-28 inches of snow. Much the same from Washington to Boston.
Hollywood has yet to figure out how to fool mother nature. The outlook for opening tomorrow is up in the air, but it shouldn't make much of a difference. Half of the big wekend is a total loss.

I don't know. I think that if there are movies out there that people want to see, than they will see them eventually.

I spent Monday afternoon/evening in the booth at a theatre that actually did pretty good business even at the height of the storm. It wasn't a problem there, since most of the customers at that theatre live within walking distance.
I love snow and had a great weekend. Especially since I spent most of it shopping for a new (used) car and the dealerships were mostly empty when they should have been packed.

Scott: How could you inspect the cars under all that snow?

3 Regal locations outside Philadelphia picked up Talk to Her when it got Oscar nominations. Those 3 Regals drop it Friday after only one week -- the blizzard killed the turnout. The Regal Warrington Crossing also drops The Guru after only 1 week.
And to think I saw Biker Boyz in Manville instead of seeing Talk to Her in Warrington!

The snowstorm that buried much of the East Coast has had far
reaching impact on many residents and doughnut fans.

It was nice and sunny here in Honolulu, Hawaii but a bit nippy at 76 degrees during the day.
