Michael, meet my niece; this is tiny Tears.

Three and four year olds like playing with her; forty five year olds do not.

You will notice that she has her initials on her dress, and on her nappies. She also has them embossed on her bottom, I think this is some new alternative to body piercing and tattooing.

Tiny, say 'Hello' to uncle michael.

<Tiny says 'Goo Goo', and makes strange gurgling noises.>

Tiny, would you like to go to Germany and meet uncle Michael?

<Tiny Tears makes more strange gurgling noises.>

<Uncle Stephen puts Tiny tears in box, secures lid with large quantity of string and sealing wax, addresses label to Berlin, and heads in general direction of post office, with evil grin on his face.>

<Strange gurgling noises coming from inside box.>

<Distraught Mummy questions uncle Stephen; she wants to know where Tiny Tears is.>

<Uncle Stephen decides it would be best to deny all knowledge of Tiny Tears, and keeps his fingers crossed that Mummy doesn't notice the strange gurgling noises from inside the post office van fading into the distance.>

Michael said they don't have Tiny Tears in Germany. I don't think I need a visa for Germany, I'll go and book a one-way flight this afternoon.

Maybe there are Tiny Tears here, but I had never heard about them. I don`t play with puppets.
I prefer to play with Lego in my spare time. Recently I saw an ad for a Phil Hill action doll, maybe I get one of them though.

Those Phil Hill action dolls are on sale now at the Toys-R-Us
store in Times Square. They are on the second floor next to
the Reservoir Dogs Dolls. The only problem is they say there
made by a company called TES.

Stephen probably wanted to share this valuable info not just with me, but with everyone interested in the highly important subject of dolls.
For instance, Manny told us in chat that he had a big collection of dolls. He combs them, he dresses them and plays tea party with them.

I guess I should have said the pseudo papilla of the mammary gland. Which as everyone knows is an adaptation of a large sweat gland. And the "milk" is really modified sweat.

Also, the "real" Rachel now has the most adorable red hair, back to the likes of when she was a Carter. Neithe one of the dolls is longer an accurate representation, although her hair is cut shorter, like the doll!

Brad's got some new pics, but I haven't seen either of them on here yet.

With babies, I think the plastic type may be better thin the non-plastic type - I haven't had much experience of either - they are less trouble to look after, and cheaper. By choice, I would rather not have either type. I don't understand babies; the're weird.

I was talking about babies. What started this thread was a conversation betweem Michael and myself in the chat room; I was talking about a strange four year old, who keeps bringing her Tiny Tears doll for me to play with, because she likes me, and she thinks I am a poor deprived person because I don't have any dolls of my own. She doesn't seem to understand that I'm 45! She keeps telling me that I'm Tiny Tears' uncle, hence the references to 'uncle Stephen', and my 'Niece'

Michael hadn't heard of Tiny Tears, so I started this thread with a picture of her, so he could see what I was having to put up with.

I don't want a Tiny Tears, (plastic baby), but I think I would want a non-plastic, (real), one even less. I really don't see myself as a father.

Ahhhhh.... Understanding blooms... I never did know what this whole thread was about... It took a big U-turn right after it started, starting with the Phil Hill action figure, and then the Rachel doll... No one ever said anything about babies, but now it makes sense. Being an old geezer at 38, my first choice would be to not have one either, primarily because I grew up as a child of "old" parents and it wasn't much fun, however, one never quite knows which way the wind will blow in the future! And all this just because our friend Michael likes to be an instigator!!

It is never too late to start playing with dolls. Manny told me he only started collecting and playing with them at 31. Now he has 37 dolls and enjoys playing with them very much.
