Just wanted to say congratulations to Josh as his graduation was today. As someone who is going to graduate in less then two weeks (on Friday the 13th [Eek!]

) I know how exciting it is. I also wish Josh and Paul a safe trip.

"The Graduate" is one of my all-time favorite films. I ran it in 35mm as a midnight show the weekend before my college graduation in 1999, actually (the theatre manager booked it as a sort of favor to me, although it ended up doing really well).

Congratulations, Josh!!! Aah, graduation. A milestone in one's years. Next, you will turn 21 and be able to buy alcohol, and then turn 25 and get a reduction on your insurance and be able to buy time share...

Oh, and don't believe anything these people tell you about the "Real World." There is no Real World. It's just a tangled mess of buraucracies you have to navigate and bullshit and lie your way through until the people above you hear what they want and reward you for it with meager offerings which are less than a distinguishable fraction of what they make.

Unless of course you go into business for yourself, then that's a whole OTHER story!

Are you going off to college now? Going into college right after High School makes it feel like you never really graduated from anything... except at least you'll be able to up and walk out of class anytime you want, or just skip it alltogether.

Whatever you choose to do, we all know you'll do it well! [thumbsup]

Claude, mine is in August but I will not attend. My time was donated to the trip to Texas with Josh. It was an extremely expensive trip, so I have to stay home and save my pennies for a few days. I won't even be able to attend Josh's birthday next month. [Frown]

The big milestones are 16, 18, 21 ...and then it starts going downhill with #30, 40, 50, 60, and if you're lucky, 65, 70, 75, 80, etc. [beer]

I think the best ones are 21 and 30...oh, and of course every New Year's Eve ones.
