I picked up this old Turner Cardioid Dynamic Microphone Model 510. It has a 4-pin XLR connector on the end of it, but I don't know what the pin-out is without taking the microphone apart. I really don't want to do that.....

I guess Turner went out of business and the company was sold to Telex Corporation on or about 16 August 1979. It has a flat response form 40hz to 15k and at the time was recommended by audio conseling experts for use with the notch-filter sound systems because of the flatness of the response, the uniformity of front to back ratio across the entire frequency range achieved in production from one unit to another.

The microphone has a rubber-mounted head apparently to keep noise from transferring in event of rough usage.
