Since I am the official "Weenie Man" I thought you might like these pictures. We got a new weenie machine for Oak Harbor. The tray spins clockwise, and the weenies spin counter-clockwise. It is funny to watch when the weenies spin. It looks like a "weenie wave" very similar to the "finger wave" by the Protologists. By the response of some of the customers as well as employees alike, you can tell who the perverts are and whether or not they are "dirty old men" or "dirty old ladies." It has gotten a few giggles by those who have seen it in operation.....

Anyway, you just simply insert the weenie in a spring and let 'er rip... [Wink]

Seriously, this is a good machine. It does not require extensive cleaning as the "weenie rollers" do as well as those twirlers that you harpoon the weenie with about 4 or 5 spikes. Those machines that spike the weenies are about as bad as Josh's track shoes. [Big Grin]

Interesting device. How long does it take to heat a weenie up to legal selling temperature (here that's 160°F to cook, and 140°F to hold)?

Paul, I don't know. Like most restaurant equipment, as far as I know it has the certifications so it must be legal. [Smile]

It was built by Server Products, Inc. I think all of their equipment has NSF, UL, ULC, and CSA International certifications.

This must be a the latest product they made. It is not on their website yet.

That concession guy has an IQ of 180+, graduated from high school when he was 12. He is 17, and why he is dorking around in the theatres, I'll never know.

He is the one who is going to professionally restore some of the old radio cabinets I have.

That's a great weenie machine! I've never seen anything quite like it. So how does it cook the upper half of the weenie if the coil only surrounds the bottom half? Do the weenies need to be flipped?

Also, I don't think that your Nacho machine has enough chips. Better order more before you run out. [Smile]
