We recently ran "White Oleander" in our cinemas, in several scenes mid way through the setting was a place called Pacific Park. I have also seen the same place in other movies.
It appears to be a fair ground near the sea in Los Angeles, the prominent feature of the place is a large ferris wheel with continually changing light patterns on its spokes.
Maybe a fellow colleague may be able to advise regards this place and its details.
