Yep, producers of the sequel KING CONAN have decided to go ahead with the movie despite the fact that the key star will no longer be involved with the project. The producers are actually happy with this as they do not have to pay the ungodly 30 million dollar sum to the actor, and the hefty 15 million dollar fee for location insurances that involve such a heavily paid actor.
WB has also decided to feel out another terminator film without Arnold. Word on the street is that Dwayne Johnson (the rock) will probably get the roles that arnold has vacated.
Probably why Arnold appeared in The Rundown at the beginning to wish him good luck and to "have fun".
So maybe the Arnold movies without Arnold will actually pay out from now on?

Is Conan going to be a serial character played by several actors like Bond? I find it so tiring that they don`t come up with any new ideas. Sometimes recycling an idea is OK - speaking of The Rock, I found the Scorpion King brought to us by the Mummy surprisingly enjoyable. If they have to, why don`t they make a sequel to that. Or Scorpion King vs. Conan.

Well the Rock was originally supposed to play Conan's son in the King Conan movie. Then supposedly Triple H got the role, hopefully that's not going to be true!
