If you haven't caught this on the "Spike" channel on cable or satellite, do yourself a favor.
They have taken a Japanese game show and taken out the soundtrack and done a completely new one ala "What's Up Tiger Lilly"
It's a physical competition show where contestants try to make it through a variety of obstacle courses. At the end of the show is "The Most Painful Elimination of the Day"
It's pretty funny
