I wwnt for Juno's accellerator, SpeedBand. When first turned on it works as advertized. After a while though it seems to bog down some things like opening a topic on Film Tech and moving between forums--Film Yak to Film Handlers. A couple minutes after it is turned off things return to normal. Most things seem ok. Wazzup? or is this typical of these things?

Yes, it is (poorly) desidned to work that way.

Bellsouth is offering this too. It makes too many sites just stop loading. I turned it off after the 2nd day, and removed it from my 'puter on the third.
