Is there such a thing as a clear glass coating that can be user-applied to render a glass object slightly blue akin to a 80A or 80B filter? This isn't for optical or photographic purposes so it need not be of high quality.

Rosco makes a line of glass dyes that coat well and tolerate reasonable levels of heat
They can be thinned and mixed to produce the desired tint
They are available from most stage lighting shops
