I can do it with Premiere, although it does take 2 steps to get it to the proper format. What is it you need done?

Daryl, I got a program that claims to convert anything (WMV, AVI, MOV...) to DVD format. Not sure if it converts it to MPG or all the way to actual "VIDEO_TS" files. When I get home i'll play with it.

The video format for DVD is M2V, and it needs to be muxed with some form of audio after that to become a VOB (video object) file.
