Our theatre website is with Tripod. For the past two weeks our webmaster has not been able to make any changes to the site, attempts only result in error messages. Responses from communications with Tripod acknowledge the problem but they seem to be unable to fix it. In two weeks they should be able to do SOMETHING. Our schedule there is now almost 3 weeks old. The site gets several hundred hits a week by people looking for what's playing. These idiots are costing us money. Anybody else had problems with Tripod?

Three weeks is much too long to go without being able to update a commercial web site.

If you've given Tripod an opportunity to fix the problem and they haven't been able to, it's probably time to switch providers.

Is this the site you're referring to?
