I think the "Kodak" signature is customized lettering, not something from a commercially available font. It looks a little bit like Colossalis (a slab-serif Type 1 font Adobe no longer sells), but not nearly as heavy or aggressive.

It is very common for major corporations to hire companies like Agfa, Monotype, Linotype and others to design customized fonts for their specific use. Even when you think you have a match you really may not. For example Merrill Lynch uses what looks like Aachen Bold in their corporate signature. However, their version of Aachen has bit customized a little bit. When you line up their officially approved corporate vector art over commonly available forms of Aachen sold by Adobe or Bitstream you'll see how they differ.

Yes you can download the Kodak logo as a "Dingbats" font. Go to...

www.dafont.com and type in Kodak in the search function. This will give you the Kodak logo along with a whole bunch of other famous logos. Copy and paste this address to go right to the page I am talking about...

If you are searching for just the font, you might have to browse under "Famous Fonts" or find something similar.

Sites such as dafont.com or logo.nino.ru are fine for hobbyists or anyone wanting to tinker around with trademarks. However, those logos should be regarded with a great degree of caution if ever used for any commercial use.

Many logo collections (even the ones you pay hundreds of dollars to purchase) often feature inaccurate duplications. Some logos are pretty close while others are just way off.

I'm really good at doing logo recreations, but for any commercial job I always call the company directly and get their official vector art (along with the proper sizing and color specifications).
