After having learned, that all photos from the FT forums decline very fast, and in few seconds looks like
when You copy them, I began some years ago to fetch pics from ImdB, when in need for something for my theaters repertoire-flyer. Now - all in a sudden - I'm only getting a blank file.
Is it me, or is it ImdB, that's got hit by some kind of Redifer-syndrome ?

If its the posters you need try clicking on "posters" link & choosing the "impawards" site.

Yeah, Brad - Scandinavian and Texan Humor has never been compatible... Huh ?
The photos all look like Joe, when You steal them !!
- and it w a s ment as some kind of joke, before popping the question in mind !
Thanks, David. Have not tried that way before. - works all fine on the poster. -But the photo galleries were also possible to copy until few weeks ago - seems 'crypted now, and that's a bitch, when local distributors often get as close as 14 days before premiere, before sending out photos (electronical as well as printed)

The IMDB plays a game to attempt to prevent you from downloading their poster photos.
What they do is make the poster a sort of background in the area, and then put an empty transparent JPG over it as the image, so when you right click, you get the blank jpg rather than the poster.
There may be an easier way, but what I do is view the source for the page, find the address of the actual image, and cut/paste it into my browsers url address line, bringing up a page with nothing but the picture. I then right click and download the picture.

You could always use the old 'print screen' and paste trick.

It's some java or javascript-related crap. Turn java off in Opera & you'll be amazed how fast the internet is again. If using IE, put the address of the site in the "Restricted Sites" list in Tools->Security.

Huh? There is no such problem. I steal pics from here all the time (uhh... for various reasons) and I see nothing wrong.
