I recently got a slide copying adaptor for my 4mp digital camera as a cheap alternative to buying a film scanner. I'm very happy with it for slides and b/w negatives - the results print up to 6 x 4 with only very slight loss of contrast and definition to my mind. Problem - I have no software which can strip out the orange mask on still colour negatives. After a little Googling I found this tutorial, and have managed to get a couple of OK looking pics by following it. But it takes 10 minutes or so of faffing to process each photo this way, and I was wondering if anyone knew either of a quicker and easier workaround using Photoshop, or of another piece of software which offers a 'one click' colour mask removal feature and which doesn't cost megabucks. Many thanks in advance...
