I am sooo into this show!

I love to see how all the "machines" and factories make our "favorite" mass-produced foods/candies/snacks, etc.

WTF thinks up and designs these really cool machines and production lines that make all this stuff? They are awesome! [beer]

I agree, Phil, that show is a lot of fun. Some excellent engineering in those plants. Reminds me of some of those old industrial films that showed how things were made. Usually 16mm and on free loan from (was it?) Modern Talking Pictures? I used to show them all the time in school.

FoodTV just rules in General, even our watered down Canadian version. The only thing that bugs me about Unwrapped is the host. Could anyone be more phoney? Personally my favorite show is Good Eats. AB is a riot.

YES!!!! If I'm channel surfing and I stumble onto one of those "How This Stuff Is Made" shows, I HAVE to stop and watch it. Everything else gets put on hold. It's fascinating to see how something like, oh, M&Ms are manufactured.

OMG Steve, you gotta see the ep of $40 a day where Rachael is on the beach in her toit little bathing suit. Those are some rock hard abs. Anyways. I've always loved those manufacturing shows. There used to be one of TV Ontario uphere. They'd show all kinds of manufacturing processes. It was a short to kill time to fill in for commercials. Really neat stuff.
