How do you think that they were able to secure a PG13 that had "nudity"? Was it because it wasn't an actual boob attached to a woman? It was only one vs. the pair?

Note: I am not objecting to this at all. I'm just wondering.

The boob notwithstanding, the spoken content in the movie is about as close as you can get to an R without being an R. We've had walkouts already. Merry Christmas, Universal! [Roll Eyes]

While this film was funny, the PG-13 rating was definately inapproperiate!

I was pretty surprised Fockers got a PG-13 also...lots more sexual innuendo in this one, not to mention all the ways they play with the last name Focker. No walkouts as of yet, but seeing as how business will start picking up again on Sunday, its certainly possible I think.

Haven't seen it yet, but in reference to the nudity, what about Titanic? That was PG-13 despite the full frontal nudity of Kate Winslet and the steamy window [sex]

scene. If you ask me, ratings are bought, not given.

Not thin-skinned...just stupid. They think just because it's Christmas and it's a comedy that it'll be OK for the kids. The title should tell the story but some people are just too dopey to get it. (The walkouts we have had are all parents toting small kids.)

Saw this today. Didn't see anything really "R" material. They never showed any real boobs (but most shots looked like a quick edit before anything was revealed). Even "Howard The Duck" had fake boobs and that was only PG.

We had somewhere between 10-20 walkouts for fockers. But considering we sold thousands of tickets for it that really isn't that bad.
