Just searching the archives out of pure bordom seeing a lot of posts from Paul Thompson, along the way I found a picture of me and him and thought I'd post it again. I really miss our late night talks, he helped me through so much...

It's been about 13 months since we lost Paul. I should have an update in the next week or so on the Paul Thompson tribute mural being done at the Anacortes 3 theater in Anacortes, Washington.

A great guy and always willing to unselfishly share his extensive knowledge. I have learned a lot from him.

To you, Paul [beer]

He will definately be missed at any future film tech gatherings.

I was looking around F-T the other night and found myself re-reading alot of Paul's posts. I loved reading about his radio station transmitter woes, and his FAST replies to some really technical problems that people were having. I miss him, too.

Been thinking about Paul a lot myself lately. I assume he's enjoying his eternal "evenings with the Brenkerts". [Smile] A lot of friends and former workmates of mine have been dying lately, five in the last year, including one that died during the memorial service for another one. Getting lonely around here.
