I advise everyone to look carefully through their cell phone bill for unfamiliar charges like M-Qube and Mblox. Over half of wireless customers have the charges and don't even know it.

About nine months ago I started receiving a $9.99 subscription fee each month on my bill and just found out about it. I have no idea what this service is. It is definitely a third-party vendor, but am certain I never signed up for it, my wireless provider has no idea what the charge is for and I’m not the only one.

With the churn of phone numbers, it could be from the previous user of that phone number.

I remember hearing something about that a couple of years ago.
