Hi all

I have been following the Lisa Nowak saga with interest. Assuming that Hollywood makes a movie about the affair, who should be cast in the respective roles? Who would play Nowak, Oefelein, Shipman etc?

Tom Hanks would probably be about the right age for Oefelein.

That aside what do readers make of all this? Was she screwy before she joined NASA or did NASA make her that way? And what she going to do with that rubber tubing?

Curiously there is also one angle that noone has yet covered. Was Shipman the first? Nowak seemed pretty well prepared and knew what she was doing. Could it be that this was not the first time? Are there astronauts who were ahead of her in the line to fly on the Shuttle who had mysterious accidents? Were used diapers found nearby? The mystery deepens.
