Everybody knows the NFL allows a max screen size of 55inches and no more than 3 screens in an establishment. Does Nascar similarly restrict the presentation of their races?

I think NASCAR is even more restrictive on their broadcasts than the NFL....

I was told by someone that the 55" rule comes from copyright law (in regards to public broadcasts) and content owners have to be the ones who actively pursue enforcement (i.e. write cease and desist letters to those who they do not want to show the content, like theatres but not bars).
