I know many members here have strong electronics background. I am fair with my knowledge of electronics, but sometimes I need to hand a project off to get it done right. Does anyone have any recommendations or contacts where I could get a 600 watt Power-One switching power supply repaired? The model is SPL400-5001p. I keep googling these power supply repair places and they either don't pick up or when you request a quote for the job they never respond.

99 times out of a 100 it is cheaper to replace than repair such a supply. But normally it is the big electrolytic in those that gives it up. if the switcher circuit died...check into a suitable replacement.

Switching power supplies are cheap compared to the labor to fix them (if you can even get it done right).
If that exact model is no longer available, look for a similar sized unit with the same voltage and at least the same output currect capacity.

I've been looking for the same unit on the used markets for years with no luck. The problem is that this particular supply has 5 different DC busses that are all weird voltages.. +12v at 15A, +5v at 50A, +15v at 3A, -15v at 3A and +5.2v at 6A. so finding an off the shelf replacement is pretty much impossible.

Yeah, that is a tough one. You could break that down to two (or more) supplies.
