What is with these updates I have received in the last 2 days. The night before last when I shutoff my PC there were 10 updates that took 15 minutes to update and then last night 4 more. When I cleaned my HD Disc(systems) this morning it showed over 318MB's had been used for this Data. Is this all about Security issues or whatever. It really gets annoying taking that much time for updates... [Confused]

Patch Tuesday is the night that Microsoft normally roll out routine updates.

That having been said, I had nothing this Tuesday last gone, but both my home desktop PC and laptop (both of them with multiple partitions containing Vista Ultimate x86, 7 Ultimate x64, 8.1 Pro x64 and Ubuntu 14.04 x64, though I only use Ubuntu and 8.1 regularly) got updates last night but not on Tuesday. This sometimes happens, and I'm guessing it's because Microsoft staggers the rollout to avoid overloading its servers and/or the Internet.
