Other than the obvious weather related issues that occur after a hurricane (building damage, etc.) Has anyone on here had to deal with very serious power issues in the aftermath of a hurricane?

For example - power outages multiple times a day that includes power surges.

Most of the Florida locations I managed previously in my career were back before digital arrived on the scene. Things were so much simpler back then with 35mm equipment, especially when it came to power issues.

We have a location that has been experiencing serious power problems in the aftermath of Irma and it is going to require a trip down there. Is there anyone else currently dealing with these sort of problems? Thanks for any input.
